Organizational and Employee Development

Organizational and Employee Development is concerned with the overall arrangement of University functions, including both the long-term and short-term development of its employees. With the goal of enhancing the effectiveness of the University and the well-being of its employees through planned interventions, the Department designs a set of systematic and planned activities to provide employees with the necessary skills to meet current and future job demands. It also offers coaching and training, and handles succession planning and other aspects of leadership and skills development.
