Technology Infrastructure

The Technology Infrastructure Department is responsible for building, maintaining and safeguarding the University’s computer and telecommunication networks. The Department maintains all aspects of networked devices, telephone services and video services on LIUNET, the University’s network. It creates and upholds security policies, procedures and controls to keep the University’s data safe and to optimize the functionality of its hardware, software and other technological resources. The Department also handles disaster recovery operations.
