University Counsel
The Office of the University Counsel is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the University, including providing advice and counsel to senior administrators and the Board of Trustees, representing the University in legal actions, managing labor relations and supporting other staff members in matters and transactions requiring legal advice and counsel.
