May commencement exercises are open to all students who graduated in September 2012, January 2013 and all those students who are approved candidates for graduation in May of 2013. If you are a candidate for May graduation you should have already filed an application for May degree with the Office of the Registrar.

Diplomas

If you are graduating in May please note that you will not be receiving your diploma at commencement.  Your diploma will be mailed to you.  Please make sure we have your correct address.  If there are any address changes or corrections to be made, please fill out a change of information form which are located in the reception area of the Rockland and Westchester campus’. 

Photographs

A photographer will be on campus to take pictures during the campus recognition ceremonies at Rockland and Westchester. 

Academic Attire

If you choose to attend the Commencement Ceremony at the Barclay Center, you must be in full academic attire.  Please click here for an academic attire order form. The form must be completed and returned to Peg Eversman at the Rockland Campus for Rockland and West Point students or to Margaret Evans at the Westchester Campus for Westchester student.  THE FORM MUST BE RETURNED WITH FULL PAYMENT BY MARCH 25TH . 

Invitations for Guests

Candidates will be allotted four tickets to the Commencement at Barclays Center. Tickets must be picked up in person at your designated campus (West Point students please pick up your tickets at the Rockland Campus). Tickets will NOT be available at the Barclays Center Box Office.
