Directions to LIU Brentwood

BY CAR:

From the West

Via the Long Island Expressway
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 53. Stay on the service road of the Expressway for 1 1/2 miles to Washington Avenue. Turn right onto Washington Avenue and continue to the first traffic light after the railroad tracks (Second Avenue). Turn left onto Second Avenue and continue 1/2 mile to the entrance gate on the right.

Via the Northern State Parkway
Take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 44 South to the Sagtikos State Parkway. Proceed to Exit S-3 (Pine Air Drive). Turn right at the end of the Exit and proceed to the sixth non-blinking traffic light (Brentwood Road). Turn left onto Brentwood Road. Proceed to the first traffic light (Second Avenue). Turn right onto Second Avenue and continue 1/2 mile to the entrance gate on the right.

Via the Southern State Parkway 

Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 42 North (Fifth Avenue). Turn off the exit ramp onto Spur Drive South. Proceed to the first traffic light (Fifth Avenue) and turn left. Proceed over the bridge and turn right onto Spur Drive North. Proceed to the first full traffic light (Brentwood Road). Turn left onto Brentwood Road and proceed to the fifth traffic light (Second Avenue). Turn right onto Second Avenue and continue 1/2 mile to the entrance gate on the right.

From the East

Via the Long Island Expressway
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 55. Stay on the service road of the Expressway to the second traffic light (Washington Avenue) and turn left. Proceed south on Washington Avenue and continue to the first traffic light after the railroad tracks (Second Avenue). Turn left onto Second Avenue and continue 1/2 mile to the entrance gate on the right.

From the East or the West

Via Sunrise Highway 

Take Sunrise Highway to Brentwood Road North. Proceed north to Second Avenue. Turn right onto Second Avenue and continue 1/2 mile to the entrance gate on the right.

BY BUS:

The Suffolk County Transit Authority provides bus service to the Brentwood Station of the Long Island Railroad, which is a short walk from the Brentwood Campus. Buses stopping at the Brentwood Station include the S27, S41, S45, S3A, S3B and S3D.
