Patrick Kennelly is a leader in the field of geographic information systems. His research transforms raw GIS data into sweeping, 3-D panoramas of mountain ranges and cities. Professor Kennelly uses Web 2.0 tools like Moodle, the educational networking application, to help his students learn online as a group.
He teaches GIS applications, cartography, imaginative mapping, environmental science, structural geology and earth science. Recently, he and his students completed a project that mapped the C.W. Post Campus in 3D. Learn More
