LIU Brentwood students benefit from the extraordinary resources of a major private university, professors with top academic credentials, unique degree programs and small classes.
Master’s programs offered at the Brentwood location are designed for working adults as well as traditional students, with evening and weekend courses available for students who need to balance work and family responsibilities with their graduate education. The upper-division (junior and senior year) undergraduate programs in Nursing (RN to B.S.) and Criminal Justice (B.A.) are designed for those who already have an associate degree or, for the Criminal Justice degree program only, or a minimum of 24 college credits in the liberal arts from other institutions. Graduates of Suffolk County Community College can seamlessly transfer into the undergraduate program.
