LIU Brooklyn Theater Program: The Freedom Plays

The Performing Arts Department and Theater Program at LIU Brooklyn present The Freedom Plays, a collection of three one-act original plays written by LIU students on the theme of freedom in honor of the 150-year anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation. Each of the stories was selected as winner of a new play contest held in fall 2012.

The Freedom Plays runs:
• Tuesday, March 26, 7:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, March 27, 12 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, March 28, 7:30 p.m.
• Friday, March 29, 7:30 p.m.
• Saturday, March 30, 2 p.m.
