Rules and Regulations
In order for you to participate in the group exercise program, you must adhere to the following rules and regulations.
- You MUST have your LIU ID & swipe at the Fitness Desk before entering the studio.
- The use of cell phones and/or camera devices is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing water and towels are recommended.
- Let your instructor know if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.
- For safety reasons, there is no admittance 10 minutes after class begins.
- Please put all equipment away when done.
- No bags or any personal belongings allowed in the fitness studio.
