For more than 25 years, the Department of Finance, Law, Accounting and Taxation of the School of Business, Public Administration and Information Sciences, has offered informative seminars to licensed CPAs, enrolled agents, fraud examiners and all other interested professionals through its Center for Accounting and Tax Education.
By attending these seminars, professionals learn about the most recent changes in tax law, as well as the latest developments in accounting and auditing principles. These seminars serve to fulfill their Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements. Up to 200 participants attend each seminar, depending upon the topic being presented.
