I have been an RN for close to 40 years and have held various positions in the education, administrations, and the clinical setting. My expertise is critical care nursing and community / public health nursing. My passion is the care of children with development and intellectual disabilities. My research agenda is focused on quality and safety in nursing education (QSEN), in particular the objective measurement of attitudes in nursing students.
