Dr. Eunice Y. Pyon has been with the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences since January 2000. She started her career here as an adjunct associate professor of pharmaceutical marketing in the Division of Social and Administrative Sciences and then joined the faculty full time in the Division of Pharmacy Practice as an instructor in Fall 2000. Dr. Pyon comes from the world of industry and advertising where she worked as a drug information specialist for Schering-Plough and then as a medical information director for Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift, Inc. Dr. Pyon’s interest in science developed at the University of California at Berkeley where she received a B.S. in chemistry. However, though interested in natural sciences, she wanted a career as a health care professional and decided to pursue a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of California, San Francisco.
