My work of the last two decades has focused on the training of well rounded, culturally aware therapists and scholars through teaching, training and supervision. Some of my areas of specialization in private practice relate to the creative process with a focus on "writer's block". One of my priorities has been to maintain an accessible practice in which I treat patients who face a wide variety of social and psychological challenges, since I strongly believe that psychotherapy is not a luxury for the few.
