For Alumni

The Office of Career Services provides services and resources to help alumni position themselves for success in the job market, including access to an online job bank, career counseling, career events and workshops. Through our online career management system, MyCareerKey, you can search for jobs 24/7 and post your résumé, once it's approved by a counselor, to apply for positions and facilitate viewing by prospective employers. And you don't even have to travel to campus to receive one-on-one attention—Our office offers distance career counseling through ReadyMinds, including résumé and cover letter review through remote counseling.

Online Career Management System/Job Bank

Our career management system/job bank, MyCareerKey, is an essential resource for LIU Brooklyn alumni. Alumni seeking our services are required to register for MyCareerKey.

Through the system, users can search for and apply to job opportunities, learn about and register for on- and off-campus career-related events and research and connect with employers with whom our office maintains relationships.

To post your resume to MyCareerKey, it must receive prior approval by your ReadyMinds Counselor (please see below). Please do not post resumes in MyCarereKey that have not been approved by a ReadyMinds Counselor! They will not be accepted.
