Center for Senior Student Services
Students who are between majors or needing to choose a new major as they enter junior or senior year may meet with a Senior Year Advisor. The goal of the counseling is to help students determine a major, based on career goals and coursework thus far completed, to enable students to graduate with a course of study and degree that will lead to their post-college success and satisfaction. Once a suitable major is determined, the counselors will transfer students’ records to their academic department of choice, where faculty will meet with students until graduation. Senior Year Advising, part of Career Services, also provides workshops and individual guidance to facilitate students’ successful transition from college to the 21st Century workforce.
