The Library and Information Science collection consists of books, journals and databases
to support the Palmer School of Library and Information Science. Use the menu on the left to link
to electronic databases and journals.
Print copies of library science reference books and library science journals
are housed in the Business, Law and Information Science Sources area on
the main floor of the library at C.W. Post. Circulating books supporting the Palmer School are located in the
main stacks. Any of the books from the circulating collection at Post can be sent to any of the other campuses where Palmer
courses are held.
Reserve readings are available electronically, except for reserve books
which are located at the Main Circulation desk. Books
and articles from other libraries can be obtained through interlibrary loan. AskALibrarian! allows you chat live with a librarian about your reference questions or
e-mail your questions and receive a response from a librarian, usually within 48 hours.
Palmer School dissertations are on reserve.
