The dean of the School of Health Professions and Nursing provides vision, leadership and support to the departments of Biomedical Sciences, Health Information Management, Nutrition, Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Social Work. The dean supports and advises chairs on academic matters and leads the development of new programs and courses. She also provides oversight for the schools budget and ensures programs are conducted in accordance with the mission and academic policies of Long Island University and its accrediting bodies.
