The Princeton Review - The Best 294 Business SchoolsBrookville, N.Y. – For the ninth consecutive year, the Master of Business Administration at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University has been listed in The Princeton Review's "Best 294 Business Schools."

The 2012 edition of the guide, which relies on data supplied by schools and surveys of students, cited C.W. Post's dedicated professors, up-to-date classes, accomplished student body, convenient scheduling and picturesque campus.

"We recommend C.W. Post to readers of our book and users of our site,, as one of the best institutions they could attend to earn an M.B.A.," said Robert Franek, Princeton Review senior vice president and publisher. "We chose the 294 business schools in this book based on our high opinion of their academic programs and offerings, as well as our review of institutional data we collect from the schools. We also strongly consider the candid opinions of students attending the schools, who rate and report on their campus experiences at their schools on our survey for the book."

Last month, the C.W. Post Campus was named a Best Regional University by U.S. News & World Report. The C.W. Post M.B.A. program is accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business – one of just 5 percent of business schools in the world to hold that distinction.

Dean Francis Bonsignore of the College of Management at C.W. Post said, "The views expressed by our students to The Princeton Revieware testimony to the value of the educational preparation provided by the College's M.B.A. curriculum and our exceptionally credentialed faculty."

Among the comments from students surveyed by The Princeton Review:

  • "I attend night classes, which do not interfere with my daily schedule. As a full-time student I am enrolled in three courses of study, which are highly relevant and have real-world applications."
  • "I would truly recommend others for this program. Flexibility is key when you have a full-time job."
  • "The differing perspectives at Post help to broaden the overall attitude of students and faculty alike. You learn something new every day."
  • "The faculty are all Ph.D. holders from prestigious business schools."
  • "I can see the big difference between my friends in other colleges. I feel gifted for being educated in this school."

The Master of Business Administration at C.W. Post degree is a comprehensive, integrated, 36-to-48 credit program, which combines the highest levels of academic rigor and real-world relevance, in a curriculum that emphasizes ethics and social responsibility. The C.W. Post M.B.A. offers several flexible options to support individual interests, career objectives and busy schedules.

Students may pursue their education on a full- or part-time basis in the Campus Program during weeknights and/or in the Saturday Program.
