collageThree hundred performers—from theater to film, dance to art, and music to media—will come together for a fast-paced, 45-minute, theatrically lit, synchronized collage of performances.

Students and faculty from LIU Post’s School of Visual and Performing Arts will participate in a Collage Concert on April 12 at 1 p.m. at the internationally renowned Tilles Center for Performing Arts. The engaging theatrical experience is full of surprises, with artists not only on stage, but throughout the auditorium.

“Students and faculty come together in this spectacular event that showcases the wide spectrum of talent found in the School of Visual Arts and Performance,” said Noel Zahler, D.M.A., dean of the School of Visual and Performing Arts at LIU Post. “We are proud to display our various talents in this yearly event.”

The concert is designed by Thomas Pascarella, production coordinator at Tilles Center for Performing Arts and directed by Cara Gargano, Ph.D., chair of the Department of Theatre, Film, Dance, and Arts Management, and professor of dance and theatre at LIU Post.

Admission is free to attend and all are welcome. For more information, contact 516-299-2395, email neighbor@liu.edu, or visit liu.edu/post/svpa.
