Cancellation Policy

Student in Au Pair Program

What is the refund, cancellation and transfers Policy?

All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing.

To request a refund please send an email to aupair@cwpost.liu.edu or fax us at (516)299-2363.  Please include course name, date and student name. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone or messages left on our voicemail.



If you cancel:

  • You will receive a full refund up to 15 days before a course.
  • 7-14 days before any course- you will receive 75% back.
  • 6 days before any course- you will receive 50% back.
  • If you cancel on the start date of the course there will be no refund.
  • 5. To transfer a course to a different semester as long as it doesn't fall within our cancellation policy there is a $25 fee.
  • There will be no refund if you do not attend a course.
