My window is broken. How can I get it repaired?

Windows are part of our regular maintenance and repair schedule. You can fill out a Normal Services Maintenance Request Form. Be sure to include the location of the window and a description of the problem. If the problem poses a danger to security, contact us immediately at extension 2277. If you are calling outside of our regular business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday), contact Campus Security at extension 2222.

My door is broken. How can I get it repaired?

Doors are part of our regular maintenance and repair schedule. Fill out a Normal Services Maintenance Request Form. that includes the location of the door and a description of the problem. If the problem is posing a danger to security and you are calling outside of our regular service hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday), contact Campus Security at extension 2222.

I need window treatments repaired or installed. How do I schedule that?

Window treatments–including blinds, shades and curtains–are part of our regular maintenance and repair schedule. Fill out a Normal Services Maintenance Request Form, and be sure to include the location of the window, measurements, and if repairs are necessary, a description of the problem.

How can I get a light bulb changed?

We change burnt-out light bulbs every night. Send us a Normal Services Maintenance Request Form. indicating the building and room, as well as the exact location of the burnt-out bulb. If you are calling outside of our regular service hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday)–and you can’t work because of the lack of light–contact Campus Security at extension 2222. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for changing the bulbs in desk and floor lamps you have brought from home.
