Requesting service requires a few steps:
- Determine if your request falls under Normal Services or Special Services.
- If you are a member of the faculty or staff, contact your supervisor for approval and a Budget Account Number. You will need both when making your request.
- For repairs, be sure to indicate the exact location of the problem, along with a detailed description.
