Broadway Mall – Located in Hicksville, NY just 15 minutes away from Campus, Broadway mall is a local shopping destination with more than 130 top-name stores and movies. The LIU Post shuttle bus offers free service for LIU Post students to the mall.
The Crazy Donkey – Located in Farmingdale, this local club hosts nightly concerts ranging from local unsigned artists to major national acts, making it a staple of the Long Island music scene.

Sands Point Preserve – This 216-acre preserve was the estate of the Guggenheim family. Two historic mansions, Hempstead House and Falaise, both overlook the beautiful Long Island Sound. The preserve contains gardens, walking trails and open areas to enjoy nature.
