Andrea DeVitto has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international production, product development and supply chain operations in major fashion design houses and retailers. Given the opportunity to work in Asia for several years, when she first entered the field, she worked one on one with suppliers, tanneries, mills and manufacturing facilities. This hands-on experience allowed her to develop in-depth knowledge of the product from conception to delivery. She has brought her expertise in building fashion forward, cost-efficient products to global companies and brands, such as Coach, Steve Madden, Kenneth Cole and most recently Nine West.
She also has worked with design and material teams for cost-efficient options for high-end styles to reduce total costs and increase margins. In addition to supply chain and operations work, Devitto has managed and negotiated manufacturing initiatives for well over 120 supplier factories to assure quality control with responsible production. Her expertise extends across multi-channels in wholesale, retail and international settings.
