Description
“I started my teaching career at C.W. Post in Fall 2000. Growing up as the son of a teacher, and surrounded by numerous teachers in my extended families, teaching might well have been a learned response for me. I always had wanted to be a teacher or a doctor, which incidentally means teacher. I consider myself one of the fortunate few.
Enhancing the lives of those around me has always been of great importance to me. More specifically, in the area of clinical biomechanics, the negative impact of aberrant movement on the body has been an area of interest for me for over a decade. Blending 15 years of clinical experience and my pedagogical skills affords me the opportunity to present a more comprehensive curriculum for enhanced understanding of core concepts and movement behavior for the students of this program. To possess appropriate knowledge and have the ability to use that knowledge to positively impact the lives around us should be everybody’s aspiration. Teaching provides me the gift to fulfill one of my life’s aspirations.” - SRT
