Honors Music majors, showing their enthusiasm, toured southern France last summer playing concerts in several cities.

Students in the Merit Fellowship may choose to do volunteer work. Melissa Kelly raised funds to assist the Animal Lover's League of Glen Cove and received a certificate of appreciation from shelter director Joan Phillips.
Students in the Honors Advanced Elective, "The Horse in Literature" took a ceramics workshop with Sue Adler to learn the Navajo method of making horse hair pottery.
