Competency Exam Schedules

Library Competency Exam Schedule – Spring 2013

You must register with Academic Standing to take the exam.

Only 28 students will be allowed in each session. It will be on a first come first serve basis. Any student who has over 60 credits will not be allowed to take the exam and must register for the workshop. 

Email post-compexam@liu.edu with the date/time of the exam you would like to register for, your first and last name, student ID#, and your MyLIU username.

Once your e-mail is received you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. If the session is filled, you will receive an e-mail requiring you to choose a different session.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail you are not registered for the exam.

All exams close 48 hours prior to exam start. No students will be registered after that.

Only students who are registered for the specific date will be permitted to sit for the exam on that date.

You must bring a photo ID and know your student ID#.
