Home Inspection Certificate Program

It is anticipated that the home inspection industry will see an upward trend over the next several years, and in New York State all home inspectors must be licensed.  Will you be ready? We can help you through the process of becoming a home inspector with our New York State-approved 140 hour Home Inspection Certificate Program.  This comprehensive program teaches students about identifying and inspecting all of the basic elements of a home, and covers home inspection professional practice issues and reports.  Our home inspection program is highly respected, effective and time-tested. The curriculum was established well before licensing became mandatory in New York and required training for home inspectors.  The courses are scheduled with convenient evening and weekend classes, and allow adequate time to learn and retain course topics. Courses are taught by leading experts and professionals from the building and inspection industry. Classes are conducted in an informal workshop setting, which encourages active discussion of home inspection issues, and uses detailed industry-leading course materials as well as state-of-the-art audio/visual presentations.
