The Master of Science degree program in Library and Information Science, the Ph.D. In Information Studies, and the Certificate of Advanced Study in Archives & Records Management are offered at LIU Post in Brookville, N.Y. Classes are held in the B. Davis Schwartz Memorial Library. Students have access to extensive online research databases, a 2.8 million volume library, computer centers and campus-wide wifi.

Directions

Some courses for the 36-credit Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science may be taken at LIU Brentwood which is located on the Michael J. Grant Campus of Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood, N.Y.  Classes are offered online and during convenient evening and weekend hours, mindful of the working adult.

Brentwood student are required to take one three-credit class at LIU Post.
Students interested in the Brentwood campus will be admitted through LIU Brentwood. Degrees are granted through LIU Post.
LIU Brentwood students may inquire to the LIU Brentwood Office of Financial Aid to learn about the various scholarship opportunities. Please call 631-287-8510 for details.
