Important Dates

January 25 Fall semester grades have been submitted by all teachers. 
February 15 Last day to submit a change of grade form for the fall 2011 semester.
April 15 All drop forms must be received at the S.C.A.L.E./A.C.E. office for spring courses. No late drop forms will be accepted; the student will remain registered in the class and responsible for the tuition and any accrued costs.
June 20            All full year and spring grades have been submitted by all teachers.
June 30            Any teacher or course approvals must be received by the S.C.A.L.E./A.C.E. office.
July 15

Last day to submit a change of grade form for a spring 2012 or full year course.

July 30 Letter of agreement, proof of general liability insurance, and proof of workers compensation coverage must be received by the S.C.A.L.E./A.C.E. office or the PROGRAM WILL NOT RUN.
August 1

Information Planning Sheet complete with teachers and periods for each course due
At S.C.A.L.E./A.C.E. office.

September 30  All registrations (fall and spring) must be completed online.  No registrations will be accepted after this date – no exceptions!
November 15 All drop forms must be received at the S.C.A.L.E./A.C.E. office for fall and full year courses. No late drop forms will be accepted; the student will remain registered in the class and responsible for the tuition and any accrued costs.
