Excellence in the Classroom

Earning a graduate degree from LIU Post is an exceptional educational experience. You will interact closely with professors who are experts in their subjects as well as master educators. New discoveries await you as you conduct research that expands your own understanding and capabilities, while adding to the body of knowledge in your field. In many disciplines, work is done in teams with fellow students, where each individual’s perspective and talents benefit the entire group. As you progress toward your degree and experience personal and intellectual growth, you will enhance your professional outlook and build a network of friends and associates.

Central to our success is our commitment to small classes and personal education. The average graduate class is just 15 students, and the overall student-to-faculty ratio is a low 12:1.
