Undergraduate and Graduate Applicants

If you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, you must apply to LIU Post as an "international student." The application process for admission to LIU Post is an opportunity to share information about yourself, including your academic preparation, English language proficiency, and your interest in studying in the United States.

LIU Post awards Conditional Admission to international students who are fully qualified academically to attend LIU Post, but lack the sufficient English language skills to enroll in a degree program. If admitted conditionally, you will enroll in our English Language Institute (ELI), which provides training in speaking, writing and reading the English language at a University level.
