Student Conduct Records Retention Policy
The existence of all student conduct records and the contents of such records are kept and maintained by the Director of Community Standards and Civic Engagement in accordance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. Access to disciplinary records is also provided in accordance with the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
Student conduct records are retained by the Office of Student Community Standards and Civic Engagement in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined by Long Island University.
