LIU Global welcomes transfer students every year, starting in both the fall and spring semesters. We also award credits for Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB), and the College Level Examination Program. In order to transfer credits, applicants must submit an official college transcript that shows all completed coursework from an accredited university. LIU Global accepts credits from all subjects including math, sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences.

Students with less than 24 credits should apply to the Costa Rica Center. Students with over 24 college credits can apply to the Europe, Australia, and China Centers in addition to the Costa Rica Center. If you have questions or would like to speak with an LIU Global admissions counselor, please email global@liu.edu.
