Description

Dr. Shalonda Williams, assistant professor of pharmacy practice, is currently practicing at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She completed her PGY1 residency in Pharmacy Practice at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center and her PGY2 in Ambulatory Care at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Her current interests include the management of heart failure and diabetic patients and their co-morbidities. She also has an interest in public health and health disparities. She enjoys theater and the arts and spends her time traveling to new places whenever possible. She has joined the faculty as a preceptor for ambulatory care.
