Summer 2024 Day and Sports Camps at LIU Brooklyn
Children’s Academy’s beautiful 11-acre campus offers ample room for minds to grow and have fun all summer.
Beginning July 8 and running for seven weeks, our programs for children ages 3 to 12 focus on creativity, academics and athletics on the downtown Brooklyn campus of one of America’s finest private universities.
With offerings that may include Capoeira, chess, Chinese, circus arts, movie-making, origami, robotics, theater arts, Spanish, video game design and swimming, LIU has one of Brooklyn’s most engaging day camps.
LIU Sports Camps at Brooklyn in basketball, swimming, and volleyball — under the expert guidance of NCAA Division I coaches — allow children in grades 2 - 8 to excel in their chosen sport. See liu.edu/sports-camps/ for more details and additional sports options available at the LIU Post campus.

Application and Forms -- To attend the Children’s Academy Summer 2024 Day Camp, please complete the online web application, then submit the child health form via email, ChildrensAcademy@liu.edu.

The above download is the Child Health Form required by the NYC DOE and DOH. This form must be completed by the child’s primary care pediatrician and submitted to us no later than two weeks before camp start. Any application without an accompanying Child Health Form will be put on hold until all paperwork is received.
Open House -- Please come to our upcoming in-person or virtual open house.

Summer 2024 Day Camp Sessions -- There will be three sessions over six weeks for summer 2024. Each session will have two options, a Half Day camp from 9am - 1pm designed for 3 - 5.11 year olds, and a Full Day camp from 9am - 4pm designed for 6 - 12 year olds.
- Session 1 is from July 8 to July 19.
- Session 2 is from July 22 to August 2.
- Session 3 is from August 5 to August 16.
- Session 4 is from August 19 to August 23.

o Week 2 -- July 15 - 19
o Week 3 -- July 22 - 26
o Week 4 -- July 29 - August 2
o Week 5 -- August 5 - 9
o Week 6 -- August 12 - 16
o Week 7 -- August 19 - 23
Tuition -- The prices below are per week.
- $300 (one week) -- Half Day, 9am - 12pm, designed for 3 - 5.11 year olds.
- $600 (one week) -- Full Day, 9am - 4pm, designed for 6 - 12 year olds.
Summer 2024 Extended Day Option -- there is an extended day option for all nine weeks of full day. It is $130/week and is until 5:30pm for full day.
