The Bachelors in Sports Management program trains students in all aspects of sports management and places them at the doorstep of the most successful and lucrative businesses in the sports world. Students will gain a foundational knowledge in a variety of disciplines, including business, marketing, communications and management, along with industry specific skills such as representation, administration, branding, event planning and public relations.

From Yankee Stadium to Madison Square Garden, LIU students enjoy access to globally renowned venues, franchises and companies. Most of the top agencies, media outlets, and professional leagues maintain offices in Manhattan, only one stop away from LIU’s campus in Downtown Brooklyn. Additionally, many of the world’s top events come to New York City, including the Super Bowl, the Stanley Cup Finals, the World Series, World Cup qualifiers and the U.S. Open, which is held each year in Queens.

Students will work with an elite faculty who have risen to the heights of their professions. LIU’s sports management program is led by two-time Super Bowl winner Perry Williams, who played 11 years in the NFL with the New York Giants.
