Winter Orientation

All new first-year, transfer, international and graduate students starting their Long Island University journey in the spring semester are strongly encouraged to attend Winter Orientation. This session introduces all new students to the University and its plethora of experiences, opportunities, and student success resources.

Winter Orientation is Friday, January 19, 2024. Check-in begins at 11 a.m. at your respective campus.

A New Student Orientation fee is automatically applied to each student's account upon class registration, regardless of registration for or participation in New Student Orientation. This fee is non-refundable. The fee for Winter Orientation is $75.00.
