The Living Heart Project began in 2014 by uniting world experts with a common goal of building a virtual twin of the heart. Within a year the project delivered the first-ever whole heart simulation, beginning the transformation of medical research and creating a global reference standard previously unavailable. Its success inspired expansion to the Living Brain & Lungs and in this year will launch the Living Liver and plot the course to complete the human body.

  • Discover the progress toward the virtual twin of the human body
  • Learn the latest in the use of virtual patients and regulatory science
  • Hear the latest from the FDA on the use of simulation for in silico clinical trials
  • Converse with like-minded peers in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, research centers, clinical practice
  • Learn best practices from members of the Living Heart, Brain, Lung and Liver Projects
  • Directly contribute to the development future of the virtual human twin
