The Europe Program offers second-year LIU Global students an immersive experience in the cultural, political, and historical foundations of Europe. Spanning two semesters, the program allows students to explore the region’s significant impact on global history while engaging in coursework, internships, and study travel. The program is divided into two parts: Europe I (fall) and Europe II (spring), with extended stays in London, England, and Vienna, Austria, complemented by study trips to neighboring countries.
Europe I: Fall Semester – England, Belgium, and France
The first semester is based primarily in London, England, a hub of modern diplomacy, cultural innovation, and historical significance. During their time in London, students participate in a short internship, gaining valuable hands-on experience in their field of interest.
The semester includes study trips to Belgium and France, where students explore the historical and contemporary influences of European governance, art, and culture.
