Employee Relations

Employee Relations focuses on employees’ relationships with the University and with each other. It includes the processes of developing, implementing, administering, analyzing and performing ongoing evaluation of the employer-employee relationship. The Department manages employee performance; ensures that relations with employees comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations; and resolves workplace disputes.
