Guillaume Duflos is PhD and senior researcher in food safety regarding chemical contaminants. He is employed in Anses (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety) since 1996. He is the head of the Physics and Chemistry of fishery products and aquaculture unit and currently the leader of the national reference laboratory for histamine in fish and fishery products. He is in charge of research on microplastics regarding consumer impacts by the development of method for biomonitoring. He has also a deep expertise on seafood quality and chemical contaminants. He was coordinator of national and European projects and involved in numerous projects. He has experience in international relations thanks to the management of several working groups.
