Camille Lacroix


Camille Lacroix (PhD) is head of the Aquatic Litter Monitoring and Studies department at Cedre. Her main mission is to provide technical and scientific support to French authorities for the implementation of public policies to reduce aquatic litter pollution. With the support of her team, she coordinates several monitoring programs and she is in charge of assessing litter pollution on France shoreline and estuaries. At an international level, Camille Lacroix is a member of the Intersessional Correspondence Group on Marine Litter of the OSPAR Convention and she is the lead of its expert group on beach litter. She also participates in various projects to develop knowledge on litter fate and impacts in aquatic environment and on potential solutions.
