Dr. Mensah has extensive experience in nursing, having been an RN for over 33 years and a Nurse Practitioner for 11 years. She practices in employee health services with the Northwell Health Organization. Furthermore, as a nurse educator since 2012, she has taught at the following colleges/Universities: Helene Fuld College of Nursing, Nassau Community College, and Molloy University. She is currently an adjunct at Adelphi University and a Full-Time Assistant Professor in the BS program at LIU Post.
