Educational, Leadership, Technology and Administration programs


The Department of Educational Leadership, Educational Technology, and Interdisciplinary Ed. D. is composed of the following fully accredited graduate programs: all Educational Administration programs, the Educational Technology program, and the ED. D. program in Interdisciplinary Studies. Programs lead to master’s degrees, advanced certificates, or a doctorate in interdisciplinary studies.

On March 24-26, Long Island University - Post will host an accreditation visit by the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP). In preparation for the visit, the AAQEP Quality Review Teams are soliciting public comment about the quality of educator preparation provided by the teaching and learning program and by the educational leadership program. All comments must be submitted by February 24, 2025, through the AAQEP website:

Our strong ties to the regional school districts provide students with career introductions.

21st-Century Schools

The M.S.Ed. programs are dedicated to training academic leaders in not only technical aspects of school management and administration, but also the civic, legal, and ethical responsibilities, innovative and inspirational curriculum and teaching approaches, and integration of technology in the learning environment.
