IN THIS TRAINING, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY AS YOU WILL EFFECTIVELY LEARN:

  • The History of Yoga, its Philosophies and Applications
  • Anatomy and Physiology as related to yoga and best practices
  • How to Successfully Perform Modifications, Adjustments and Assessments of Students
  • How to Intelligently Sequence and deliver classes to all levels of practitioners
  • How to enhance, elevate and grow in your own personal practice. How to safely and effectively hold empowering space for all practitioners from trauma informed lens as well as provide diversity, equity and inclusion in all offerings
  • Basic Principles of Ayurveda
  • Exploration and Understanding of Energetic Pathways
  • The Business of Yoga and Best Practices
  • Exposure to varied teaching methodologies to include, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, Hatha, Trauma Informed and much more.

Additional class practices and support can be accessed daily Monday - Thursday (in person on Tuesday/Thursday or online Monday - Thursday throughout the day/evening for the semester for classes with our teaching team. For the summer session semester, training will be offered both online and in person.

Tuition Includes: A certified 200-hour training, training manual and access to various additional yoga class practices throughout the training incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, Varied Flow with Props and Adjustments, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Meditation & Accessible Practices.
