TWELVE WEEK SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Friday’s, 6 – 10 p.m., Saturday’s 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., Sunday’s 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Additional class practices and support can be accessed daily Monday - Thursday (in person on Tuesday/Thursday or online Monday - Thursday throughout the day/evening for the semester for classes with our teaching team. For the summer session semester, training will be offered both online and in person.
Tuition Includes: A certified 200-hour training, training manual and access to various additional yoga class practices throughout the training incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, Varied Flow with Props and Adjustments, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Meditation & Accessible Practices.
