Prior to joining the Orange in 2021, he spent two years as the technical director and high-performance coach at AG Hockey Club.

Pallister helped guide the U14 team and U16 team to silver and bronze finishes at the Club National Championships. During his tenure with AG Hockey, the club ranked as the No. 2 club in the country and top club in the Northeast.

From 2011 through '18, Pallister served as an assistant coach at Princeton, where he helped the Tigers to eight straight NCAA Tournaments, including three Final Fours. The Tigers earned the Ivy League's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament in six of his eight seasons.

In his second season with Princeton, the Tigers won the 2012 national championship with a 21-1 overall record. In his final season, Princeton reached the national quarterfinals, where they lost 1-0 in overtime to Maryland.

At Princeton, he coached seven Olympians, 24 Junior Women's National Team members and 17 NCAA All-Americans.

Pallister was the technical director and head coach for all age groups for the Princeton Field Hockey Club from 2013 though '18. He returned in 2021, until his appointment at Syracuse.

He was pivotal in growing the club to one of the top in New Jersey and in 2016 guided PFHC to a 2-1 win over WC Eagles in the Club National Championship, a victory that snapped an eight-year streak for the Eagles.

Pallister began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, where he spent three seasons while pursuing a master's degree in business administration.
